摘要
针对传统机械加工半圆柱型腔时,常常发生的刀杆与型腔端部干涉的问题,进行了机构创新设计,应用相对运动理论,采用刀具旋转和工件做相应的往复运动的合成运动,可以准确地实现半圆柱型腔的加工。
In conventional manufacture methods for semi - cylindrical die cavity, there is often interference between the drawbar and the die cavity. This article describes a new method for this kind of manufacturing, which is based on the compound motion theory. Combining with cutters rotating and workpiece doing straightline motion, it can machine the semi -cylindrical die cavity accurately.
