摘要
目的：研究血清荧光光谱对胃癌诊断的意义。方法：用荧光分光光度计测量了1191例各种疾病血清的内源性荧光光谱，其中早期胃癌19例，进展期胃癌74例。结果：在200nm紫外光激发下，血清荧光谱有三个发射带，峰位分别是320nm、400～500nm、700nm，胃癌血清第二个发射带荧光增强，呈锯齿状改变，620nm附近出现第四发射带。用判别函数C=1．3X1＋1．5X2＋2．OX3－1．5X4进行判别分析，胃癌阳性率88．2％，其中早期胃癌阳性率78．9％，进展期胃癌阳性率90．5％，特异性72．4％。结论：这一方法对于胃癌筛查及诊断具有实际应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the significance of The serum autofluorescence spectra in the diagnosis ofgastric cancer. Methods: The serum autofluorescence spectra were measured with spectrofluorophotometer in agroup of 93 patients with verified gastric carcinoma, including 19 patients in the early stage, and anothergroup of 1098 patients with non-malignant diseases. Results: With the excitation of 200 nm ultraviolet rays,three emission bands with gradually reduced nuorescence intensity were appeared in the wavelength of 320nm, 400 ~ 500 nm, 700 nm, respectively. The serum autofluorescence spectra in the group of gastriccarcinoma showed difference from those in the group of non-malignant diseases. The 400 ~ 500 nm emissionband was significantly increased in intensity and in a saw-shape with dual, triple or multiple peaks. A smallemission band called the 4th band was also explored near 620 nm. With the canonical discriminant function: C=1.3X1+1.5X2+2.0X3-1.5X4, The positive rates of early gastric carcinoma and advanced gastriccarcinoma were 78. 9% and 9O. 5 %, respectively, and showed a significant difference from those of non-malignant diseases. Conclusion: The result showed that the serum autofluorescence spectroscopy was aneffective approach to the screening and dingnosis of gastric carcinoma.
