摘要
目的探讨护士情绪劳动表现策略及其与工作倦怠之间的相互关系,为护理管理者制订针对性改进措施提供依据。方法采用情绪劳动量表、工作倦怠量表对341名护士进行调查。结果护士在情绪劳动中采用的表现策略依次为自然表现(3.76±0.64)、深层表现(3.48±0.64)和表面表现(2.58±0.56);随着护龄的增长,自然表现呈上升趋势(P<0.01),表面表现和深层表现呈先升后降趋势;工作倦怠表现为中度情绪衰竭(22.53±11.02)、工作无成就感(36.02±7.98)和低度去个性化(5.37±5.12);表面表现可降低工作成就感(P<0.05),自然表现、深层表现可增进工作成就感(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论情绪劳动表现策略与工作倦怠显著相关,当情绪体验与职业要求不一致时,深层表现是一种更好的表现策略。
Objective To investigate the relationship between emotion work and nurses' burnout in order to make effective measures for the nurses' managers as evidence. Methods Three hundred and forty-one nurses were investigated by using Emotion Work Questionnaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory. Results Dealing with the emotion work, the strate gy of the nurses employed most was natural acting (3.76±0.64), following by deep acting (3.48±0.64) and surface acting (2.58±0.56) = as the time of being a nurse prolonged, natural acting was ascended (P〈0.01), but surface and deep acting first ascended, then decreased. The emotional exhaustion (22.53±11.02) and decreased personal accomplishment (36.02±7.98) of the subjects were in the middle level, and depersonalization (5.37±5. 12) in the low level; surface acting could decrease personal accomplishment (P〈0. 05), while natural and deep acting could increase the feeling of the achievement (P〈;3.01, P〈0.05). Conclusion There is significant correlation between the emotion work and the nurses' burnout. Deep acting is a better choice if there is a conflict between actual feeling and display rule.
