摘要
车辆传动系的可靠性是车辆保证动力性和行驶性以及燃油经济性的关键部分,而车辆传动装置中最为重要、工作条件最为恶劣的部分就是驱动桥,尤其是其中的主减速器锥齿轮。结合汽车驱动桥台架试验方法(QC/T533-1999)中驱动桥总成齿轮疲劳试验方法和要求,提出一种汽车驱动桥总成齿轮疲劳试验的设计方案,介绍了该试验系统的总体结构,并对主要试验台部件作出选择。
The drive-axle ,especially the inner main reducer composed of hyperbolic gears, which is working at the foulest place is the most important part of the transmitting system of automobile.So,based on the rack test methods about fatigue testing of gears in drive-axle assembly of automobile in the QC/ T533-1999 ,this paper brings a new method of design fatigue testing of gears in drive-axle assembly of automobile test bed, and introduce it's the general structure.
