摘要
根据多年从事公路施工招投标的经验,分析了公路工程招投标存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施及对策,从而规范招投标活动,保证工程建设市场的健康有序发展。
According to years of experience in mad bidding, it analyzes the problems existed in road constructing bidding. It also brings forward improving measures, so as to standardize the bidding activity, and ensure the health development of project construction market.
