摘要 RNA干扰(RNAi)是外源性或内源性双链RNA诱发的mRNA水平上的基因沉默机制。RNAi技术具有高效性和特异性,具有广阔的前景。将RNAi应用于许多病毒性疾病的治疗研究取得了显著的基因沉默效果,为病毒性疾病的预防和治疗开辟了一条新途径。 RNA interference is a gene silencing mechanism induced by exogenous or ecdogenous dsRNA on the level of mRNA. RNAi technology has high efficiency and specificity, and a wide promising future in application as more work spending in its developing. Recently,the research in the RNA interference application on treatment of many viral diseases has obtained remarkable results. This has established a new path of the prevention and treatment against viruses. In this article RNA interference action mechanism and porcine antiviral research and its perspective were summarized.
