摘要
随着中国由传统社会向现代社会的转型,中国的文化也要相应地发生转型,以适应构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。我们应积极推进以自由、平等、和谐为特征的公民文化、法治文化、契约文化以及生态文化的建设,为构建社会主义和谐社会提供良好的文化条件和精神支撑。
The changes should take place on the cuhure following the transition from the traditional society to the modern society in order to meet the needs of huilding the socialist harmonious society. We should carry forward the building of the citizen culturc, the culture of ruling by law, the contract culture and the ecological culture who have the characteristics of free, equality and democracy. All of thelu provide a suitable cultural background and a spiritual support to building the socialist harmonious society.
