摘要
为了掌握剑杆织机共轭凸轮引纬机构在高速运转下的动态响应,以TT96型剑杆织机为例,运用模化方法建立了共轭凸轮引纬机构的数学模型,并利用MATLAB对该引纬机构的动态响应进行了仿真计算。在此基础上,分析了该织机引纬运动规律和工艺特点,为剑杆织机引纬工艺的完善和共轭凸轮引纬机构的设计提供了理论基础,对剑杆织机共轭凸轮引纬机构的动态性能分析有较普遍的意义。
In order to control the dynamic response of the conjugate-cam weft insertion mechanism working at high speed for a rapier loom,the mathematic model of the conjugate-cam weft insertion mechanism for TT96 type rapier loom with modeling method is set up,the dynamic response by means of MATLAB software is simulated,the characteristics and processing property of the filling operation are analyzed.So theoretical basis is provide for the perfection of the technique of weft insertion and the design of the conjugate-cam weft insertion mechanism.There is universal significance for the analysis of the dynamic feature of the conjugate-cam weft insertion mechanism for a rapier looms.
