摘要
氨基酸是动物获取蛋白质平衡必需的营养,限制性氨基酸是动物获取蛋白质平衡营养的关键。对于高产反刍动物来说,如何满足其限制性氨基酸的需要(特别是蛋氨酸)成为反刍动物氨基酸营养的研究热点。论文就蛋氨酸过瘤胃保护原理及方法等方面作一综述。
The amino acids are essential nutrients for animals to obtain protein balance and the restrictive amino acids are key factors for animals to obtain protein balance nutrients. As for the ruminants with high production, the question how to fulfill their need of restrictive amino acids （especially methionine） becomes a hot point for research on nutrition of amino acids for the ruminants. The rumen bypass protection principle of methionine and its method were summarized in this paper.
