摘要
目前,高校知识产权保护工作越来越重要。面对当前的国内外情况,本文在明确知识产权的概念的基础上,分析了目前高校知识产权管理中存在的问题,为提高高校知识产权的管理水平提出了相应的改进措施。
Nowadays, the protection of the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities has become more and more importance.
