摘要
2005年5月,国际电工委员会/水轮机技术委员会(IEC/TC4)成立工作组(WG29),着手编制水轮机泥沙磨损导则,由中国人任副召集人。2006年初,全国水轮机标准化技术委员会组织调查组,分三路对葛洲坝、三门峡、小浪底、红山咀、喀什、刘家峡、青铜峡、万家寨、龚嘴、渔子溪、冷竹关、映秀湾、鲁布格、麻子河等含沙水流电站进行实地调查或函调。本文根据上述电站的调查结果,对IEC/TC4/WG29起草的《水轮机泥沙磨损导则(草案)》,提出了一些补充和修改意见,供讨论参考。
The International Electrotechnical Commission / Technical committee4: Hydraulic turbine (IEC/TC4/) has made up a working group (WG29) from 2005, to draft the International Standard "IEC 62364 Ed1.0 Hydraulic machine - Guide for dealing with abrasive erosion in water". The assistant convenor were nominated from China. In the beginning of 2006, three survey groups are founded to make the investigation of the sand erosion of the fourteen hydropower plants of China. In accordance with the results of the investigation, some supplement and amendment to the IEC 62364 draft (REV.7) is put forward for reference and discuss in this paper.
