摘要 巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)是巨噬细胞的自分泌因子,是一种重要的前炎性反应因子,其主要作用为抑制巨噬细胞游走移动,促进巨噬细胞在炎性反应局部浸润、聚集、增生、活化,增强其黏附、吞噬作用,还能促进多种细胞因子的生成,从而间接增强巨噬细胞的功能。MIF广泛参与了机体多种生理及病理生理学反应,包括炎性反应、脂肪发生、肾脏病变、肿瘤生成和皮肤创伤修复等。病毒性心肌炎(VM)是由亲心肌病毒感染所致的以心肌炎性反应病变为主的疾病,目前MIF在VM发病机制及治疗中的作用倍受关注。现就MIF的生理及病理生理学功能尤其是其在VM发病及治疗中的作用作一综述。
