摘要
提出了双Π形线性双向式小型超声波马达模型,分析了这种超声波马达的线性驱动原理及其受力情况。通过计算机模拟仿真,证明了该理论模型的正确性和可靠性,指出了小型线性超声波马达的应用前景及其所要解决的主要问题。利用该原理的超声波马达将具有体积小、结构简单、重量轻、换向方便、响应速度快、可控性好等特点。
In this paper,the exploration has been experimentally done for the decrease of temperature coefficient of leakage current of ZnO varistor elements.A special additive has been developed.The temperature dependence of leakage current of ZnO varistor elements can be improved using the special additive.The appearance of leakage current peak at the temperature range of 31~34 °C could be owing to electron spattering.
