摘要
利用锑(Ⅲ)对鲁米诺-双氧水化学发光体系的催化作用,建立了一种直接测定锑(Ⅲ)的新方法。锑(Ⅲ)浓度的对数在5×10-8~5×10-5g/L范围内与发光强度呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991,检测限为2×10-9g/L。对5×10-8g/L的标准溶液连续测定11次,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.37%。将该法应用于土壤样品中锑(Ⅲ)的检测,加标回收率为90%~105%。
A new sensitive and selective chemiluminescence method for the direct determination of Sb(Ⅲ) was proposed. The method was based on the catalytic effect of Sb(Ⅲ) on the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol with H2 02, combined with flow injection system. The linear range for the determination of Sb(Ⅲ) was 5 x 5×10^-8-5×10^-5g/L with detection limit of 2×10^-9g/L(3σ). The relative standard deviation was 2.37 % for 11 measurements of 5×10^-8g/L Sb( Ⅲ)standard solution. This method was used for the determination of antimony(Ⅲ) in soil samples, and the recoveries were 90% - 105%.
