摘要 目的:探讨腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的低场MR表现。方法:回顾性分析80例腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎的低场MRI表现。结果:80例病例中共累及终板186个,按Modic分型其中Ⅰ型109个,占58.6%;Ⅱ型20个,占10.8%;Ⅲ型57个,占30.6%;单个累及7例(8.8%),多发累及73例(91.2%);好发下腰段。结论:低场MRI能清楚显示腰椎间盘退变中终板骨软骨炎各期的信号特点,对病灶显示清晰,能准确分型,有利于临床制定合理的治疗方案。 Objective: To explore the low-field MRI findings of end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration. Methods:Low-field MRI features of 80 cases suffered from end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration were retrospectively analyzed. Results:One hundred and eighty-six end-plates with osteochondritis were classified into 3 types according to Modic classification,109 (58.6%) were Modic type Ⅰ,20 (10.8%) were Modic type Ⅱ and 57 (30. 6%) were Modic type Ⅲ. There were 7 cases (8.8%) suffered from single end-plate osteochondritis and 73 cases (91.2%) suffered from multiple end-plate osteochondritis. End-plate osteochondritis was often located at inferior segment of lumbar spine. Conclusion:Abnormal signal intensities of different phases of end-plate osteochondritis could be displayed clearly by low-field MRI, the lesions were illustrated distinctly and accurate classification could be assessed, which was helpful in the treatment planning for lumbar disc degeneration.
