摘要
目的探讨染色体核型分析与少、弱及无精子患者的关系。方法对166例男性精液记数小于20106的少、弱及无精子患者通过取外周血淋巴细胞培养,显带进行染色体核型分析。结果检出异常核型62例,占全部被检者37.3%。其中性染色体异常53例,占全部被检者31.9%,占异常核型85.5%;常染色体异常9例,占全部被检者5.4%,占异常核型14.5%。结论染色体的异常是导致少、弱及无精子症的重要原因之一,在遗传咨询工作中应引起足够的重视。
Objective: To study the meaning of the karyotype analysis in oligospermia and azoospermia. Methods: Blood samples from 166 patients whose sperm amount was less than 20106 were regular cultured, proceeding, G - banding and analysed. Results: Totally there are 62 cases of chromosome abnormalities which is 37.7% in all exam iners. They include 53 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities which is 31.9% in all examinesand 85.5% in chromosome abnormalities. And threr are 9 cases of autosome abnormalities which is 5.4% in all examiners and 14. 5% in chromosome abnormalities. Conclusion: It is necessary to take the Karyotype analysis of chromosome in patients who had oligospermia and azoospermia. It is not only to assist analysis the origin of the disease but also to supply important references for clinical therapy.
