从酿造原料、工艺、设备及微量香味成份诸方面对中国蒸馏酒与世界其他蒸馏酒进行比较,重点对中国蒸馏酒的传统酿造技艺特色进行扼要的介绍,阐述中国蒸馏酒与世界其他蒸馏酒的差异。
The comparison of Chinese liquor with other distilled liquors in the world is carried out from the aspects of materials, technology, e quipment and trace fragrant components, etc. The characteristics of traditional liquor-making technology of Chinese liquor are emphasized, and the differences between Chinese liquor and other distilled liquors in the world are elucidated.
