摘要
农村医务人才是发展农村医疗卫生事业、提高农村医疗水平、保障农民健康的关键因素。针对当前出现的农村医务人才严重流失的现状,文章分析了农村医务人员的特点,他们流失的动因以及流动的特点,在此基础上提出了通过提高待遇、改善工作生活条件等措施减少农村医务人才流失的措施。
Doctor is a key factor to develop health service and guarantee people's health in rural areas of China. But they are transferring in large--scale to the cities in recent years for better living condition and other reasons. Based on the study of their characteristic and the factors affecting their turnover, several suggestions of management measures, including increasing their income and improving their working environment are given to reduce their rate of turnover.
