摘要
通过建立以最少时间为评价标准的目标函数,以机床功率、转速、刀具寿命和表面质量为约束条件,提出了一种简便实用的切削用量优化方法。最后给出了铣削加工实例的优化结果。此方法可为实际生产中的切削用量计算提供参考。
According to the objective function established by taking the shortest time as evaluate standard and the constraints based on machine tool power, rotate speed, the tool life and the surface quality, a kind of optimization method is put forward which is simple and practical. Finally, the optimizing results of the milling process are presented. The method could provide a reference for the computing of the cutting parameters in the production.
