摘要
目的:调查我校这一级新生的心理健康状况。方法:用量表UPI对集体施测我校2424名新生。结果:一类学生530人,占21.9%;二类学生738人,占30.4%,三类学生1156人,占47.7%;有自杀意念的学生人数为41人,占新生总人数的1.7%;SCL-90量表中的抑郁和精神病性能有效地鉴别真正有自杀意念的学生;新生的主要心理问题包括了人际、自我意识、情绪、生涯规划等,三类新生的心理症状还表现出各自的特点,生涯规划是地方高校一般学生所面临的一个重要问题。结论:地方院校的心理健康教育工作应针对当地各类学生的问题来展开,生涯规划应该是工作的重点。
Objective to investigate the mental health status of the freshmen in our college. Methods 2424 freshmen were tested with the UPI Results Among the freshmen, 21.9% of them were categorized as UPI class Ⅰ, 30.4% of them were categorized as ⅡUPI class 占47.7% of them were categorized as UPI class Ⅲ; 41 freshmen, 1.7% of the freshmen , had the intention of suicide. The freshmen have mental problems about relationship, self-consciousness, emotions and career and so on. At the same time, the three categories of freshmen have their own mental problems. Career guidance is the most common problem for all the freshmen. Conclusion colleges in small cities should operate their mental education on the students own mental problems, and should attach importance to the work of career guidance.
