两种折叠式人工晶状体植入术后后囊膜混浊的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估白内障摘除联合疏水性丙烯酸酯人工晶状体和硅凝胶人工晶状体植入术后囊膜混浊(posterior capsular opacification,PCO)的临床意义。方法对70例(97眼)老年性白内障行超声乳化白内障吸除术,人工晶状体囊袋内固定,将两种类型折叠人工晶状体植入患者分为两组,实验组植入Acrysof(SN60AT)疏水性丙烯酸酯人工晶状体,对照组植入硅凝胶Canon staarks-1人工晶状体。观察术后视力及6个月PCO的发生情况,并进行相应统计软件分析。结果术后1周的视力无显著性差异,术后6个月的视力有显著性差异(Z=-2.265,P<0.05)。术后6个月Acrysof组后囊膜混浊率6.0%,硅凝胶组为20.8%(χ2=4.683,P=0.03)。Acrysof组患者术后发生PCO的可能性较小,而且在发生不同程度的PCO患者中,Acrysof组发生PCO的程度较Canon staarks-1组轻。结论对老年性白内障,应用折叠式人工晶状体可使白内障患者获得理想的视力,应用疏水性丙烯酸酯折叠式人工晶状体对减少PCO发生有一定临床意义。 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of posterior capsular opacification (PCO) occurred after different foldable intraocular lens implantation. Methods Divided the 70 patients(97 esyes) accepted the Acrysof(SN60AT) FIOL and the Canon staar ks -1 FIOL implantation into two groups, then surveyed and analyzed the visual acuity and PCO data of the patients 6 months after operation. Results In the Acrysof IOL implantation group, the incidence rate of PCO is lower, further more, the degree is milder indifferent level of PCO. Conclusion The senile cataract who was implanted with the FIOL could obtain an ideal vision. There is certain clinical significance to reduce the PCO to adopting the Acrysof FIOL Implantation in treating cataract.
