摘要
本文阐述了光电识标对管装置在塑料软管灌装封尾机中的重要性,分析了装置优化设计的思路特点、工作原理和运行流程,还针对目前国内该机型产品的各种标准制订中普遍忽视光电识标对管重要性的情况,提出了在标准制订中要明确光电识标对管功能的技术要求,规范其检验方法。
The importance about the device of sign distinguishing and pattern symmetry with photoelectricity sensor in the plastic tube fill-sealing machine is discussed.Sign distinguish and pattern symmetry is basic function of the machine as fill-sealing.This paper analyzes the method of the device design,presents a propose of making definite of the technology demand about the function of distinguish sign and pattern symmetry with photoelectricity sensor and normalizing the inspection standard.
