摘要
通过推车手柄管子冲孔模具的设计,介绍了空心管子冲孔模具设计的特点,提出了无型芯冲压模具结构的形式,研究分析了在模具的设计生产中采用无型芯的冲孔模具的结构原理,通过手柄的实例模具分析使得该类产品的模具结构简单、实用。
Through the design of the punching die for the hand lever of pushcart, the design characteristics of hollow pipe punching die were introduced. A new form of punching die structure without core was put forward, and its principal was researched. The analysis of this case provides an easier and more practical way to shape similar hollow pipe parts by using this kind of punching die structure.
