摘要
分析了高速级进冲压废料出现回跳现象的原因,并根据生产实践经验,从增大废料回跳阻力、使废料受到向下的外力、凸凹模刃口形式等方面,总结出了抑制废料回跳的措施。在保证废料不回跳的前提下,应充分考虑所用方法的经济性、模具的寿命长且易于维护,并根据模具工作的具体条件,选择相应的抑制废料回跳的方法或多种方法的综合运用来抑制废料回跳。
Reasons of the scraps bounce in high speed progressive stamping were analyzed. Measures to reduce scraps bounce were summarized, including increasing resistance of scraps bounce, giving the under external force to the scraps and the form of cutting edges of the punch and die. On the premise that the scraps don't bounce, the methods fully considered the economics, life of the mold and easy maintenance. And different methods will be chosen based on different working condition.
