摘要
目的:比较日本全自动凝血仪SYSMEX CA-7000中的两种操作模式(Micro和Normal)。方法:收集当日50个病人标本,分别用Micro和Normal两种模式进行测定PTI、NR、APTT、Fbg、D-Dimer;然后用配对t检验进行统计学处理。结果:只有FbgP>0.01两种模式比较无显著性差异,其余几项检查,两种模式比较均为P<0.01结果有显著性差异。
In order to analyze and compare two kinds of comparlsons（micro and normal） of operation modes of Japanese SYSMEX CA7000 automatic coagulation instrument, this paper collects 50 patient＇s specimens of that day and analyzes on the instrument, measuring PT INP, APTT Fbg D-Dimer with two modes micro and normal respectively and then uses SPSS 10.0 the statistics software to process. The result shows that： Beside there is not remarkable difference between two kinds of modes for Fbg P〉0.01, there are remarkable differences between two kinds of modes for P〉0.01 in other examinations.
