摘要
本文通过现场调查全国东中西部、省市县级共209家卫生监督机构快速检验检测设施设备配置的现状,发现卫生监督机构快速检验检测能力建设落后,现场快速检测设备、执法取证工具和办公设备以及网络信息建设设备从拥有种类、拥有数量、机构主观满意度以及拥有质量等方面评定,水平都相当低,甚至有一部分机构《卫生监督机构建设指导意见》规定的仪器设备拥有量为零。如此的硬件配备,势必会对卫生监督机构工作开展产生很大的制约,而且也会严重影响到卫生监督机构的外部形象。提示政府应加强重视,加大卫生监督系统快速检验检测能力建设力度。
Based on the allocation situation of 209 health inspection agencies＇ rapid detection facilities and equipments through field investigation, which came from different areas（eastern, middle and western part）and different levels （provincial, municipal and county）, we get the conclusions as follows ： The institution＇ s capacity of rapid detection falls behind. The rapid detection equipments, administration and evidence tools, office equipments and network information construction equipments are all insufficiency, not only types, but also amounts. And the quality and satisfaction are low. For some agencies, the number of some kinds of equipment required by Suggestions on the Implementation of Reform of Health Inspection and Supervision System is so much as zero. The situation above is bound to constrict the launch of the health inspection work, also seriously affect the external image of the agencies. All the above suggests that the governments should put more emphasize on the construction of the rapid detection capacity of health insoection and supervision system.
