摘要
范畴(理论范围与基本概念)是《内经》成功建构中医理论体系的关键。作为《内经》重要内容之一的运气理论,长期存在广义与狭义范畴理解的认识分歧。本研究以对《素问》运气七篇概念体系的梳理研究为基础,进行运气理论范畴讨论,认为《素问》运气七篇所述,虽以五运、六气、五六相合为标志和重点,但仍是对道即自然规律(包括生命与疾病规律)的阐述,用以探讨自然对生命影响的规律。因此,运气理论的范围涵盖广泛,涉及各种自然变化规律及其对生命(包括人与其他生命体)的影响,其知识领域的基本概念为运气七篇的核心概念,是对自然变化规律的普遍本质的高度概括和集中反映,包括道、五运、六气、五六相合以及形、气、象、数、正、化等。
Category, or theoretical domain and basic notion, is a key to the successful establishment of a TCM theoretical system in NeiJing. As an important part of NeiJing, YunQi theory has attracted numerous arguments. This paper discusses the issues of category, based on research findings on SuWen. We believe that Suwen works on the impacts of Mother Nature on life, though it deals with the harmonization of WuYun and LiuQi. In this context, YunQi theory covers an extended category, focusing on variations of nature and its impacts on life （both humans and other creatures）. The theory is made up of the core seven chapters, a highly enriched reflection of the basic nature of natural variations.
