摘要 本文在1-甲胺基蒽醌(MAAQ)与溴素发生溴化反应制备1_甲胺基-4-溴蒽醌(QMAD)的合成工艺中发现溶剂起着非常重要的影响。通过对溶剂的极性,溶解性和对反应物的溶剂化等方面的探讨和实验结果的事实说明:在QMAD的溴化合成工艺中通过一系列的溶剂性能的比较分析和实验,同时结合工业化大生产的需要,发现溶剂二氯乙烷对QMAD的溴化,溴化过程是一种经济且理想的溶剂。 1-Methylamino-4-bromo-anthraquinone (QMAD) is an important raw material to synthesize dyes.The bromination of 1- (methylamino) anthracene-9,10 (4aH,9aH) -dione (MAAQ) with bromine was used to prepare the target compounds. It was observed that the reaction was influenced by different solvent. Types of properties of the solvents were studied such as the polarity, solubility, and solvent effect.In complexion of several solvents, it was found the dichloromethane is the best solvent for the bromination of 1- (methylamino) anthracene-9, 10 (4aH, 9aH) -dione (MAAQ) due to the high yield and the recover of the solvent.
