摘要
烟草内生拮抗菌枯草芽孢杆菌B.001菌株在田间连续4年防治烟草青枯病均有较好的防治效果.为了提高发酵水平,节省发酵成本,使其能大规模应用于生产实际,通过正交优化试验L9(3^4)确定其5L发酵罐装液量为3L,最佳发酵条件:通气量100L/h,转速220r/min,温度30℃,起始pH8.0,发酵时间60h.
The endophytic inhibiting bacteria( Bacillus subtilis)B-001 had better controlling efficacy on tobacco Ralstonia solanacearum during four-years field test.In order to improve the fermentation efficacy, reduce the fermentation cost and to be practiced on bigger scale, in this paper the optimal fermentative conditions in 5 L fermentation container were studied. The results showed that its optimal fermentative conditions were 100 L/h, 220 r/min, 30℃, 3 L/5 L, intial pH8.0, 60 h by orthogonal experiments L9(34).
