频谱心电图预处理及其相干函数算法

摘要 频谱心电图(FCG)的预处理方法是决定FCG诊断结论的一个重要因素,本文提出选择窗函数、零均值化处理、去除基线漂移和噪声三者结合的改进的FCG预处理方法,并在此基础上修正了FCG相干函数,引入多段平均心电相干谱估计法。结果表明,改进的预处理方法能提高FCG函数的性能和临床诊断的准确性;多段平均心电相干谱具有临床价值,增加分段段数可提高相干谱估计的质量。 Preprocessing method of Frequency - Domain Electrocardiogram (FCG) is one of the sigmhcant tactors to impact FCG diagnostic conclusion. In this paper,we develop a modified FCG preprocessing method based on selecting window function, producing zero mean, removing both baseline and noise. Furthermore, we present n segments average estimation method for ECG magnitude - coherence function. The results show that, modified preprocessing method can improve performance of FCG functions and the accuracy of clinical diagnose results; n segments average coherence estimation is useful for obtaining a clinical coherence . In addition, we demonstrate that the quality of magnitude - coherence function estimation improves as the number of segments increases.
