摘要
研究的连接器是进口产品,在安装施工过程中多次发生断裂事故。对其进行成分、组织和性能分析结果证明:连接器材料是铸造铝合金,强度不高,并且没有经过变质处理,脆性的针状和网状共晶体弱化了晶界,因而导致了沿晶断裂。改善材质或者采用带加强筋的连接器可以保证安全。
The connector for research is imported product. Many rupture failures occurred in process of installation. Analysis results of constituents, organization and performance show: material of connector is cast aluminium alloy, its strength is not enough, and without inoculation, brittle needle-alike and netalike eutectic weaken intercrystalli.ne face, which results in intercystalline fracture. Improvement of material property or connector with reinforce panel can ensure safety.
