摘要
针对应用漫反射靶与CCD图像传感器测量激光远场功率密度时,只能获取功率密度相对分布的局限性,提出了一种采用CCD图像传感器与分布式激光探测器相结合测试激光功率密度绝对分布的方法,对其工作原理、构成及关键技术等问题进行了分析和讨论.实验证明,该系统较为准确地实现了对激光远场功率密度的测量,具有普遍的实用价值.
When we apply scatter reflection target and CCD imaging sensor to measure the laser of far field power density, we can only achieve the relative distribution for power density. A kind of method which combines CCD imaging sensor with distributed laser detector is put forward in order to measure the absolute distribution of laser power density, and the system of principle of operation, structure and key technique etc are analyzed. The experiment proves that this system accurately carried out measuring the laser of the far field power density and has widely practical value
