摘要
以芳香基二醛与吡咯为原料,以丙酸/氯化铵为催化剂,在温和条件下选择性地合成β无取代基α、α、α、α键四吡咯烷,产率约80%,目标化合物1,4’-二(2,2’-二吡咯烷基)联苯未见文献报道.该方法操作简便,收率高.所合成的目标化合物的结构经IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和元素分析得到确证.
One -pot synthesis ofβ unsubsituents α、α、α、α linked tetrapyrromethane was synthesized by the reaction of dicarboxaldehyde aroma with pyrrole under the catalyse of n - Propionic acid/ammonium chloride in high regioselectivity and yield with easiness for operation under mild condition. The structures of the products were identified with IR. ^1H NMR. ^13C NMR. MS and elemental analysis.
