摘要
职业能力培养是高职教育的目标和特点。本文阐述了现代职业能力观、职业能力评价原则和意义,并以高职学生职业能力为研究对象,对高职师生进行问卷调查、对职业能力的演变进行回顾和发展趋势的分析;从基本素质、基本能力、专业能力、发展能力4项一级指标和21项二级指标、34项三级指标提出了高职学生职业能力评价体系;运用等级评定和等级状态方程式对学生职业能力进行了综合评分,对高职教育课程改革、教学内容的优化具有指导意义。
The euhivation of vocational ability is the goal and characteristic of higher vocational education. The paper expounds the modern viewpoints of vocational ability, principles of assessing it and its meaning. In addition, the paper conducts a survey among teachers and students, and puts forward a review of vocational ability and an analysis of its future development as well. Then the paper proposes an assessment system composed of four first-rate indexes, twenty-one second-rate indexes and thirty-four third-rate indexes. The four first-rate indexes are fundamental quality, fundamental ability, specialty ability and development ability. The paper applies the rank appraisal and rank equation to appraise students vocational ability, which will serve as a guideline for the reform of higher vocational courses and optimization of teaching content.
