摘要
现代战场环境下,战场目标种类繁多、千差万别,对侦察传感器探测的时效性、准确性和连续性要求更高。在实际的战场侦察情报系统中,很少采用单一的目标传感器,往往是合理地使用各种侦察传感器,综合运用各种侦察手段,迅速制定多种运用方案进行比较和选优,并能有效组织侦察行动,实施全天时、全天候、大范围、连续不间断的侦察监视,迅速、及时、准确、高效地获取情报。研究了部队侦察传感器管理的作用、研究范围、技术现状和发展过程,提出了部队侦察传感器管理的通用模型和传感器管理方法,可以大大提高多传感器信息融合系统的精度,合理充分利用传感器资源,提高信息融合系统的整体效能。
Future military batdefield systems are characterized by the extensive use of mobile smart sensing systems, the effective deployment, control and exploitation of these capabilities will require the ability to manage every sensor to form real-time situational awareness for each war fighter using all information available. When considering the use of various sensors in a distributed system, designers choose sensors that best suit the needs of the application. These needs may include system robustness, redundancy, monetary cost, physical size limitations and processing limitation fitness. This will require cooperative management of each information fusion node. In this paper, we describe the previous work in the field of sensor management, present some characteristics and attributes of reconnaissance sensors in ISR, discuss sensor management function and process of information fusion and decision levels, propose task-centered sensor management model and discuss the approach that we are now pursuing to this problem.
