摘要
设计并合成了10个新的溴代羟基二苯醚,所有这些化合物的结构均经过^1HNMR,MS,IR和元素分析所证实新化合物的结构避免了现有卤代2-羟基二苯醚杀菌剂在生产和使用过程中有可能生成高毒性二噁英类化合物的缺点选择几种有害菌对合成的溴代羟基二苯醚进行了抑菌活性检测,证实它们对所测试菌种具有优良的抑制效果.
Ten new brominated hydroxy diphenyl ethers have been designed and synthesized via etherification of phenols with para-hydroxyphenyl chloride and bromination of the formed diphenyl ethers. Their structures have been confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, mass spectra and elemental analysis. These new compounds will not generate dioxins during their manufacture and use. The bioactivity test showed that these compounds possessed good antimicrobial activities toward the tested bacteria.
