摘要
为改善常规木材干燥窑能耗大、送风不均匀和效率低等不足,研制了干燥窑风机回转送风装置和可调控引导送风装置。实践表明,这两种装置可使送风气流量增加,木材干燥窑节电60%,干燥周期平均缩短2天;省去挡风板,使干燥窑高度降低约0.5 m,节省了干燥窑初期投资约2万元;材堆装卸简便,设备维护保养方便。
This paper presents a new air flow control system which provides uniform air circulation for a wood drying process to improve drying efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The control system involves 180° rotation control of rotary fans to reverse the direction of the air flow and air flow control to channel the air through the heaters. The system was installed and compared with a conventional drying system in a commercial lumber mill. The new air control system was found to save up to 60% of the energy cost and reduce the lumber drying time by two days. In addition, the new control system eliminated the conventional air flow device which required an extra 0. 5 m of ceiling space.
