摘要 乳铁蛋白是一种具有多种生理活性的天然蛋白质,有重要的研究开发价值。本文对乳铁蛋白的结构、基本性质、功能和生产制备等方面的研究进展及其应用前景作一综述。 It's valuable to research and develop lactoferrin which is a kind of natural protein with various physiological activities. This paper summarizes the research progress on structure, character, function and production of lactoferrin and its application prospect.
