摘要
采用三维弹塑性大变形有限元法模拟了方管四辊辊弯成形过程,给出了变形场、流场和瞬态应变场等场变量分布,研究了不同孔型对方管壁厚变化及金属流动的影响,对角部缺陷和内孔缺陷进行了计算机模拟分析,为建立闭式辊弯成形理论奠定了基础.
The 3-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element method is used to simulate the square tube forming of 4-roll bending. The distribution of some field variables are given. The change of wall thickness of the square tube and its strain fields are alse given. The defects of the angle part and internal surface are predicted on the computer. The forming theory of roll bending are established.
