摘要
目前幼儿园美术活动中,教师评价存在着评价标准划一,评价内容片面,评价方法单一,评价主体缺失,注重对结果的评价,评价语言不艺术,缺少激励性等问题。改进教师美术评价行为可采取树立正确的美术活动评价观,把握幼儿美术活动的年龄特点,注重评价内容的全面、多元,综合运用多种评价方法,评价主体多元化,评价与教学相融合,评价语言生动恰当等改进策略。
There are many problems in teachers' evaluation behavior in art activities in kindergarten, such as short of responsibility, without of a stabilized criterion and multidimensional content and method,neglecting the evaluation process, and not paying attention to young children's whole development. To improve their evaluation, the teacher should develope their evaluation idea, choose evaluation content and methods, let more people participate in evaluation, implement evaluation in teaching and adopt more encouraging words.
