摘要
社会学关于性格特征的类型研究认为自主性是个体性格中的天然组成部分,独立性和果断性是其主要特征。他人过多的主导容易导致个体行动的被动,而个体过分的自我控制容易导致行为的退缩。这都是影响自主性形成的主要因素。幼儿园自主性游戏只是形式上的自主,而没有实现真正意义上的自主。幼儿自主性的形成有赖于教师的自主性,而当下幼儿园缺乏适合自主性形成的土壤和条件。发挥教师的自主性是实现幼儿自主性游戏的条件。
Autonomy is a natural part of person's disposition, whicn is malmy presented as independence and resolution in one's behavior. One would lose his autonomy if controlled excessively by others or self. Though kindergarten would give children freedom in selecting plays, children only have rights in form but no chances to practice their dicisions on plays' typs, materials, mates, and time. In fact, children's autonomy is dependent on teachers' autonomy. To realize chidlren's autonomy, kindergarten should give teachers freedom in their work at first.
