摘要
从纤维的物理性能、成纱号数与捻度、纺纱工艺、关键纺纱器材状况、络筒与整经等方面对成纱毛羽的产生因素作了较全面的分析;提出要有效地控制纱线毛羽的产生,应特别注重纺纱工艺的优化配置,新型关键纺纱器材的应用和加强日常生产的科学管理。
Comprehensive analysis is done to the cause of hairiness from the factors such as fiber property, count of yarn,spinning process,key accessories,winding and warping. Conclusion is made that only optimized configuration of spinning process and application of new key accessories and reinforced daily management of production are highlighted can hairiness be markedly reduced.
