摘要
对超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉技术特点进行了分析,提出了超临界CFB锅炉设计时应重点研究的关键技术,如炉内二维传热特性、热流密度分布规律、垂直管屏水动力特性、分离器气固分配均匀性等。简要介绍了西安热工研究院有限公司超临界600MW CFB锅炉的设计方案。
The technical features of supercridcal circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers have been analysed, the key - technologies needing to intensively research in supercridcal CFB boiler design, such as two- dimensional heat transfer behavior in the furnace, the distribution regularity of heat flux density, the hydrodynamic property of vertical tube - pannel, and the distribution uniformity of gas - solid in cyclonic separator etc. , being put forward. The design scheme of supercritical 600 MW CFB boiler developed independently by Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute Co Ltd has been briefly presented.
