摘要
以L-乳酸为原料,通过熔融缩聚法制备了分子量较低的聚L-乳酸(PLLA),采用亚磷酸三苯酯(TPPi)为扩链剂对其扩链增粘,研究了TPPi用量和反应时间对产物分子量的影响,得到了M-η为18.6万的高分子量PLLA,由13C-NMR和[α]25可证实其分子结构在扩链前后基本一致。DSC结果显示扩链后产物的熔点和结晶度与扩链前产物相近,TGA表明扩链后产物热稳定性增强。
The poly( L-lactic acid) (PLLA) was synthesized through melt polycondensation from L- lactic acid. The chain-extending reaction of PLLA with triphenyl phosphite (TPPi) was studied. After the chain-extending the PLLA which has a viscosity average molecular weight (M^-η) over 18.6 × 10^4 can be attained in the optimal reaction. The 13C-NMR and [α]z5 prove that the PLLA's molecular structure is kept after the reaction. DSC and TGA results show that the final products are semierystallizabiliity and have good thermal stability.
