摘要
在由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的短生命周期产品两级供应链中,产品具有生产提前期长、销售周期短、期末未售出的产品残值低、需求不确定性大等特征,价格折扣协调是此类供应链协调的重点。在假设零售商市场需求呈均匀分布下,制造商采用全数量折扣策略对零售商进行激励,同时引入返利因子在协调整条供应链的同时,最大化制造商的利润,且使零售商的利润不降低。给出了求解方法,分析了模型解的性质,最后分析了不同策略参数的合理取值区间,以及参数对供应链利润分配的影响,对求解结果进行了说明。
In a two-echelon supply chain for short-life products with one manufacture and one retailer, the prod-ucts have the feather of long produce leading time, short purchase cycle, uncertainty demand and so on, the price discount is the important management of this supply chain. As assume retailer' s demand distributions are uniform,the volume discount and return gene are used to insensitive the retailer to improve the whole supply chain and maxim the manufacture' s profit, and increased the retailer' s profit. Put forward the solution procedures and analyze the properties of the model, at last, analyzed the proper range of different strategies and the effect to the supply chain profit of the parameter and explain the solutions.
