摘要
在有色温偏色影响时,特别是环境照度较低的情况下,具有自动白平衡功能视频摄像机拍摄的视频内容会出现昏暗问题。针对这一问题提出了一种渐降饱和度算法:在摄像机因RGB通道增益最大值达到增益上限而无法增加时,渐降饱和度,同时上调增益,提高图像亮度;当环境照度增加时,逐渐恢复图像颜色饱和度。实验证明,所提方案改善了视频摄像机在低照度下的视觉效果,并且饱和度渐变过程过渡自然。
Video cameras with automatic white balance function may encounter the problem of "darkness" when there is a color deviation caused by the color temperature of light, especially under low illumination condition. A new algorithm is proposed in this paper to solve the problem by decreasing the color saturation gradually. When the "darkness" problem occurs, the color saturation is decreased while the gain of RGB sensor is increased. If the illumination turns normal, the color saturation is recovered gradually. Test results indicate that the proposed algorithm achieves better visual effect under low illumination condition and smooth transition during the adjustment of the color saturation.
