摘要
采用锥段加筛网的充气式水力旋流器对煤泥进行了分级、分选和脱除高灰细泥的试验研究。试验结果证明,样机能够起到对煤泥进行0.25 mm 粒度分级、对煤泥进行闪速浮选和脱除部分高灰细泥的作用。
By use of the air-sparged hydrocyclone (ASH) with cone segment added with mesh, the experimental study on the classification and separation of fine coal and removal of high-ash fine slime is carried out, The results show that ASH has good effects on classification of the coal slime with smaller than 0.25mm size and its flash floatation, as well as removing the fine slime with high-ash content.
