双马来酰亚胺树脂基高介电材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

Synthesis and properties of bismaleimide-based dielectric composite

摘要 采用原位聚合法将石墨和CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)与双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)、二烯丙基双酚A(BA)复合制备石墨/BMI/BA和CCTO/BA/BMI高介电复合材料。研究了石墨和CCTO含量对复合材料的介电性能的影响,结果表明,石墨含量的增加提高了材料的介电常数和介电损耗,在石墨含量约为11.975%时出现渗流效应,介电损耗增长较大,但最大值仍小于1。CCTO含量的增加也提高了材料的介电常数和介电损耗,材料的介电常数最大时为纯BMI/BA树脂的19倍;而介电损耗较小,最大值小于0.08。 In this paper,graphite/BA/BMI and CCTO/BA/BMI composite is prepared by site polymerization. And the dielectric properties were studied. The dielectric constant (e)and the dielectric loss(tan δ)of the graphite/ BA/BMI composite increased significantly with the increase of graphite content. The percolation threshold of the composite reached maximum,while the mass fraction of graphite content is 11.975% ,but maximum of tang was below 1. The ε and tanδ of CCTO/BA/BMI composite are also increased with the mass fraction of CCTO, the e of CCTO/BA/BMI composite was 19 times of that of BMI ,while the tanδ is low ,its maximum was below 0.08.
