磁场频率对软接触结晶器内磁感应强度分布的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用ANSYS有限元软件对软接触电磁连铸结晶器内电磁场进行了三维数值模拟,分析了高频磁场频率在5~40kHz变化对结晶器内磁感应强度分布的影响。结果表明,适当提高电磁场频率,可以提高结晶器内钢液的磁感应强度,但当频率高于20kHz后,频率提高,磁感应强度提高不大;高频磁场频率变化对铸坯表面磁感应强度沿高度方向上的最大值所在位置影响不大,均出现在钢液面下5~6mm处,但电磁场频率升高会使磁感应强度沿结晶器周向上的不均匀性增加,高频磁场频率以20kHz为宜。 Effects of electromagnetic filed frequency in the range of 5 kHz to 40 kHz on magnetic induction density have been analyzed by carrying out three dimensional numerical simulations on magnetic field in electro-magnetic soft-contact continuous casting mold with the finite element software ANSYS.The results indicate that the magnetic induction density in the region of molten steel in mold can be increased with the increase of electromagnetic field frequency.Whereas,with the frequency more than 20 kHz,the increase of magnetic induction density becomes to be neglected.The frequency change has a little effect on the location of maximum value of magnetic induction density at the surface of billets along the height direction of mold which occurs in about 5-6 mm below the top surface of molten steel.However,the increase of electromagnetic field frequency can enhance the non-uniformity of magnetic induction density along circumference.The optimized value of electromagnetic field frequency is 20 kHz.
