摘要
从甘薯的营养价值及保健作用、甘薯在工业和食品上的应用、甘薯茎叶的开发几方面概述了我国甘薯的发展现状。提出了加大科技投入,加强质量管理,充分利用甘薯茎叶,提高资源的综合利用率的建议。向健康食品方向,采用高新技术和管理手段进行生产是产业的发展趋势。
Sweet potato is a kind of agricultural product which is rich in nutrition and health-promoting function, it also has a wide application range for processing. In this paper, we summarized the current status of the development of sweet potato processing in China, putted forward some suggestions according to the problems existed in the current processing industry of sweet potato and ad- vanced its prospect.
